Private Event: Tango Maya is a private event that requires prior registration.

REGISTRATION: The only way to secure your spot at the festival and hotel is by selecting your favorite ambassador. Tango Maya Fest ambassadors are the only ones who can provide you with access to hotel room reservations and festival passes at group promotional prices.

DISCOUNTS: To enjoy special discounts, it is necessary to book the hotel through one of our ambassadors.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES: If you decide to book elsewhere, you may face additional charges ranging from 50% to 100% of the festival cost. Make sure to register before attending the event and consult one of our ambassadors before booking at non-official locations.

CAPACITY: The festival will only open 350 spots this year. Since this is a pre-registered event, we will announce when the maximum capacity is reached and open a waiting list for attendance in case of cancellations by other participants.

ROOM AVAILABILITY AND ALLOCATION: Maximum room capacity: 140 with a group rate. 85 Deluxe Ocean View rooms, 55 Premier Ocean Front rooms.

MINIMUM STAY: All attendees who wish to book the hotel and festival package with us must consider a minimum group stay of 4 nights, from November 2 to November 6.

STAY EXTENSIONS: Based on the minimum stay from November 2 to November 6, you can extend 3 nights before and 4 nights after with a guaranteed group rate, meaning stays between October 30 and November 11th.

AMBASSADOR DEPOSIT: To reserve your spot at the festival, you must contact the ambassador and pay a $100 USD deposit as an advance for the festival pass.

REGISTRATION FORM: Once you have made the deposit to the ambassador, they will provide you with the complete registration form.

RESERVATION CONFIRMATION: The organization will get in touch with you to follow up on the registration form and confirm all reservation details, such as room category, occupancy type (single, double, or triple), check-in and check-out dates, festival plan (silver or gold), and any extras required like transfers, taxi dancer packs, T-shirts, etc. Once all details are confirmed, an invoice with the total package price will be sent, and a second payment will be required. The rest of the invoice will be settled upon arrival at the hotel's front desk.

Roommate Matching Service:

Both ambassadors and the organization will provide assistance in finding roommates. If you choose this option, you must accept the terms of the service, which will be described in detail.

Hotel Reservation Changes:

The deadline for extensions and date changes in the hotel itinerary is August 20, with no additional charges. Extensions and date changes in your itinerary are subject to availability.

From August 20 to October 24, you can request extensions and date changes, subject to availability and the current hotel rate.

You can request a change in occupancy type, from single to double or triple, at any time at no additional cost, but it must be done before October 25.

You can request room upgrades until August 20 with the group rate. From August 21 to October 25, you can request upgrades subject to the hotel's current rate. All upgrades are subject to availability.

We cannot make hotel reservation changes after October 25. Exceptions may be granted on a case-by-case basis and are subject to availability and additional charges.

The hotel will charge a $5 USD per night per room environmental tax. This payment will be made directly at the hotel's front desk during check-in.

Cancellation Policies:

Cancellation of Ambassador Deposit:

100% immediate refund until July 30.
From July 31 to October 24, credit for future events may be granted if the attendee, ambassador, or organization finds a replacement. Starting from October 25, we cannot process cancellations.

Cancellation of Hotel and Festival Pass:

100% immediate refund until July 30.
From July 31 to October 24, credit for future events may be granted if the attendee, ambassador, or organization finds a replacement. Starting from October 25, we cannot process cancellations.

Cancellation of Taxi Dancers:

Taxi Dancer fees are non-refundable. However, they are transferable or credit for future events may be granted on a case-by-case basis.

Transfer Cancellation Service:
If you wish to purchase this service, you must provide complete flight information within the specified deadlines and using the specific form provided by the organization. If you do not meet these requirements, we cannot provide the transfer service. This service is refundable until October 1.

By attending the festival, all participants acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.
