How to register and secure your place at the festival?

The only way to ensure your place at the festival and the hotel is to select your favorite ambassador.

Tango Maya Fest ambassadors are the only ones who can give you access to hotel room reservations and festival passes with group promotion prices.

The ambassadors will help you with the entire registration process to the festival, they can give you more information about the festival, advise you at all times, find roommates, solve problems, easily modify reservations, follow up and the best part, offer you the best discounts for your hotel registration + festival making it easier and cheaper to attend Tango Maya.

Traveling with a group is also more fun.

All the ambassadors already have in their possession rooms to distribute among their students and followers. If you are part of their communities, contact them, otherwise contact the organizers directly.

Select your ambassador and contact him to be part of the festival + secure your room at the Venue hotel.

Registration process:

1-Contact your ambassador and make the 1st deposit: To secure your place at the festival, you must contact the ambassador and pay a deposit of $100 USD per person as a down payment for the festival pass.

2-Fill out the registration form: Once the deposit is made to the ambassador, he will provide a link to the registration form to fill in all the details of the reservation, such as personal information, room category, type of occupancy (single, double or triple), check-in dates -in and check-out, type of festival plan (silver or gold).

3-Invoice, confirmation and realization of the 2nd payment:The Tango Maya organization will contact you to follow up on the registration form and confirm all the details of the reservation. An invoice will be sent for the second payment, together with terms for the same, which ensures the rate of your room.

4-Follow-up: We will remain in contact to ensure that your reservation is handled correctly and to attend to any modifications or additions that you wish to make according to terms and Conditions.
