Bring comfortable sports clothes and tenis shoes. Yoga Mat or blanket.

1. Strengthen core: A strong and stable midsection can give you better balance and better posture, improving performance, reduce back pain and avoid injuries. Your dance will be easier if your core is showing up and doing its job. It really is the center of all your movement.Our coach will show you the most efficient core exercises that are functional for us.

Improvement of aerobic capacity: Increasing aerobic capacity can help improve the flow of oxygenated blood to muscle tissue, while also improving the overall health and function of the cells. it also Builds stamina and resistance while dancing. making us have a better range of motion within joints and to enhance our performance in general. Our coach will guide us into this with a proper execution of the exercises and choosing what is the best for your case.
