For your convenience and better results Choose 3 to 4 sessions per week from the schedule. 


Duration each session: 1 hr 

Description: Functional Workout designed for tango dancers, guided by Luciano and Alejandra and our Physical Coach Walter Alvez. "Suitable for seniors and all ages, No previous workout experience needed."

Improve your balance, strength, flexibility and stability. Get better posture

Reduce back pain and avoid injuries. Improve your aerobic capacity, Get better flow of oxygenated blood to muscle tissue, Improve the overall health and function of the cells. Build stamina and resistance while dancing. Get a better range of motion within joints, Enhance your dance performance in general.

Our coach will guide us into this with a proper execution of the real functional exercises and choosing what is the best for your case.In each lesson there will always be different levels of each exercise and proper modifications for every one.

Optional material needed: Bring comfortable sports clothes and tennis shoes. Yoga Mat or blanket. Chair or wall for optional support, elements of weight like dumbells or water bottle, from 1 to 3 kg. If you have a yoga ball and any type of resistance bands you might want to have it handy.

Tango Expression and style

Follow along with class with Tango exercises and drills to improve your expression and style in this dance, for both roles.

Practice technique with Luciano, super important concepts to master your solo dancing skills. Luciano will guide you in the what, how, where & when of important concepts of Tango. The rules and exceptions in them, "yeites" milongueros, stories and more!  Students will be welcome to present their own situations or problems in the class to be worked in the lab along with Luciano.

Recovery Sessions



Our coach Walter Alvez presents a series of 4 special workshops dedicated to physical recovery.


It doesn't matter if you exercise or not during the week, physical recovery sessions are recommended for everyone.


They goal is to recover muscles and joints, to heal existing injuries, improve body function and prevent possible injuries in the future.


The coach will guide you in a series or simple exercises accessible to anyone that you can learn and do in the future when need them. In addition, our trainer will personalize the exercises depending on the needs of each of the participants.
